The Balkan was fabulous for our needs, everything was ready when we arrived and the food was superb!!...everyone commented on how nice it was and how friendly the staff were and wonderful the food was!!...we even had the chance to see the show and the Bride and Groom To Be as well as other members of our party were asked to be participants which provided great entertainment for us and we all had a wonderful time!!...it went beyond our expectations and was soooo appreciated!!!....as Mother of Bride when I was trying to organize this at the last minute at the request for the Bride and Groom To Be and it being a "special" night for family and friends before the wedding, I was a little stressed and nervous about it, but you made me feel comfortable and at ease with your quick and friendly responses...I really can't thank you enough for everything that you did for us in helping to organize it as well as all of the staff involved in it's presentation and preparation...all I can say is Thank You Thank You Thank You from the bottom of my heart!!!...we will definitely be visiting the Balkan again (if we ever get the chance) and have highly recommended it to anyone that we have spoken to and raved about it too and I know our guests will be doing the same. Thank you again for everything!!...it was very enjoyable working with you and I appreciated it so much!!
