Offer Details

• Event must take place on or before January 31, 2027.
• All Banff Hospitality Collective venues are included.
• A minimum of 8 guests is required to qualify.
• The gift card value is based on the actual guest count at the event. If attendance falls into a lower guest range, the gift card will be adjusted accordingly.
• Cancelled events are not eligible for a gift card.
• No food & beverage minimum is required to qualify.
• One gift card will be issued per qualifying event. If you book multiple qualifying holiday events, you’ll receive a gift card for each event.
• The gift card will be issued to the booking contact as a digital Givex card within 2 days following the event.
• Gift cards are valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
• Gift cards can be used toward food, beverage, activities, retail, and gratuity at any BHC venue.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Any remaining balance can be used on future visits until the card expires.
• Gift cards may be printed and gifted to someone else.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or buyout pricing.
• Your Sales Manager will apply the offer automatically — no promo code is required.
