**DIGITAL STAFF CARDS ARE NOW LIVE**

BHC has officially switched from paper staff cards to digital staff cards!

Here is everything you need to know to access & utilize your new staff card:

  1. All staff cards can now be accessed through the BambooHR app, so if you haven’t already, download the app and log in! The domain name is banffcollective.bamboohr.com

  2. Your “staff card” is listed under the “My Info” tab.

  3. To use your staff card in venue, a manager will ask you to open the app and scroll down to this area so we can ensure it is not a screenshot.

  4. All employees hired AFTER April 1, 2018, must have already attended a BHC orientation to receive their staff card.

    FAQ:

    Don’t have a phone?

    If you do not have a phone, please email hayley@banffcollective.com for a paper staff card.

    Staff card hasn’t been assigned?

    If your staff card has not been assigned, it is because you have either not attended a BHC orientation or important information is missing from your profile (SIN, Contact #, etc).

    When is the next BHC orientation?

    May 8, May 22, June 5, June 26, July 10, July 31, August 14, September 11

    Can’t remember your password?

    If you need to reset your password to access your account, please email hr@banffcollective.com.

    Have an Employee Staff Card but should have a Manager Card?

    If you have been assigned the wrong type of staff card, please speak with your manager and have them email me.
